Each item is created uniquely for you — no mass production or bulk stockpiling.

Every product undergoes quality checks at the fulfilment stage, including:

- Packaging suitability
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Replacements Policy.

Your card details are never stored or viewed by TDoMM.
Production & Dispatch Times

- Production: 2–7 business days
