All items are produced on demand, specifically for your request. We work exclusively with trusted manufacturing partners who maintain high-quality standards, consistent colour reproduction, and reliable output.
Each item is created uniquely for you — no mass production or bulk stockpiling.
Quality Standards
Every product undergoes quality checks at the fulfilment stage, including:
- Print accuracy
- Fabric/material inspection
- Colour consistency
- Packaging suitability
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Your card details are never stored or viewed by TDoMM.
Production & Dispatch Times

Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations: United Kingdom only.
Processing Time: 2–7 business days (made to order).
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days once dispatched.
Shipping Cost: Flat rate of £3.95.
Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, or other recognised UK couriers.
We will assist with any tracking issues or delivery delays.
Returns & Refund Policy
Because all items are made to order, returns are accepted only if an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos plus your order number.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping: Covered by us for authorised returns.
Refund Timeframe: 5–10 business days once processed.
Items that are worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.
